(Also known as a Spring Clean, End Of Lease Clean, Vacate Clean)

Our Deep Clean service includes everything provided in our Regular and Once-Off Cleaning services, with the added benefit of more extensive cleaning tasks. This service is designed to give your home a thorough, top-to-bottom clean. As with all our services, please discuss your specific cleaning requirements with your cleaner so they can prioritise tasks during the allocated time.

Our Deep Cleaning service includes:

  • Everything in the Regular/Once-Off Cleaning service

  • Oven and rangehood cleaning

  • Internal cabinet cleaning

  • Internal window cleaning

  • Additional tasks such as light dusting of blinds, spot cleaning of walls, etc.

Limitations


We can not deep clean the below;
⚠️ Blinds can only be LIGHTLY dusted
⚠️ Walls can only be SPOT cleaned

Exclusions
Please do not request any of these tasks from your cleaner.
❌ Lifting items weighing over 10kg (including large furniture)
❌ Dusting and/or vacuuming of ceilings / surfaces outside of normal reach
❌ light fittings
❌ Heating ducts
❌ Use of ladders. With the exception of a Deep Clean you can supply your cleaner with a ladder which has no more than 2 steps. This is for the cleaning of bathroom ceiling exhaust fans and picture rails.
❌ Cleaning external windows
❌ Deep stain removal
❌ Cleaning pet messes and/or heavily soiled areas
❌ Cleaning of mould and/or biohazardous material (nappy bins etc)
❌ Steam cleaning
❌ Deep carpet cleaning or shampooing (Standard vacuuming of carpets and rugs is included in all services)
❌ Extermination (insects, etc)
❌ Rubbish removal and/or collection services
❌ Operate washing machines or dryers
❌ Fragile trinkets and ornaments
❌ BBQs
❌ Garages and/or patios (aside from basic sweeping)
❌ Landscaping and/or yard-work
❌ Any area outside of your home

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Notice for Recurring Cleanings: Cancellations for recurring cleaning services require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice for recurring cleanings will incur a 50% cleaning service charge. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and avoids disruptions to staff work schedules. Rescheduling to another date within the same week is permitted without additional fees.

Exceptions to the late cancellation fee may be considered for emergencies or illnesses. However, frequent cancellations, even for documented reasons, may still be subject to the fee at Australis Home Services discretion.

General Cancellation Policy: All cancellations of service, whether temporary, permanent, or a reduction in cleaning frequency, require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered late and subject to a full cleaning service charge.

One-Time, Initial, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings: Cancellations or rescheduling of one-time, initial, and move-in/move-out cleanings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Company-Initiated Rescheduling: In the event of company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, Cool Mango Home Cleaning will make every effort to reschedule the cleaning service as close to the original date as possible.

PAYMENT

Acceptable Payment Methods: Australis Home Services accepts Visa/Mastercard, Paypal and Cash for payment of services.

Declined Payments: Declined credit card payments or outstanding balances will incur a late fee of $25.

Verbal Agreement: By verbally agreeing to initiate cleaning services, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and authorises Cool Mango Home Cleaning to charge the associated cleaning fee to their credit card. For hourly cleanings, the final charge will reflect the total time spent cleaning the property. Quoted rates are estimates and may be subject to adjustment based on actual cleaning requirements.

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Australis Home Services will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
